Sarah Cramer (she/her)

CO-FOUNDER, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Sarah has extensive experience in social impact strategy, communications, and fundraising. Through her 15+ year career, she has led and supported fundraising efforts with a focus on individual philanthropists at diverse organizations including The Trevor Project, International Rescue Committee, Living Goods, and OneSky Foundation. Sarah has also supported community outreach and fundraising efforts as a volunteer for various organizations, including Justice At Last, Thousand Currents, and Acumen Fund.

Sarah received her MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, where she focused on social enterprises and nonprofit management. While at Haas, Sarah served two years as a Board Fellow for Bay Area nonprofits and worked on a team advising the founders of a new local children's services organization.

Sarah received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and American Literature from Harvard University, where she played women's rugby and volunteered for various local and international causes. She spent one semester studying abroad in Nepal, where she completed a capstone project profiling diverse grassroots women's initiatives, including one of the first openly lesbian community organizations in Kathmandu.
